It's my heartfelt wish that you love your order, since currently I am not equipped to service returns and refunds. Should you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch with me directly and I'll see if I can find a solution.
For any shipping related issues, please understand that I will always endeavor to ship on time, but I don't drive the UPS trucks (I actually don’t drive at all) and there may be delivery delays during the holiday season.
